How it works
Sign up
Purchase our Comprehensive Private Car Insurance. Activate the DLSM add-on 3 days prior to your policy start date via Etiqa+ SG app.
Upload images
Upload images of your odometer and vehicle number via Etiqa+ SG app, with a minimum of 10 days between each upload.
Enjoy cash rebate
Your cash rebate will be credited to your TiqConnect eWallet within 3 working days.
A SMS notification will be sent to update you.

To get started, you’ll need to activate your DLSM add-on via the Etiqa+SG mobile app. Activation will be available from three (3) days before your policy start date, and a TiqConnect account is required for activation.
For a step-by-step guide on activating your DLSM add-on and setting up a TiqConnect account, please refer to the full FAQ here.
After activating your DLSM add-on via the Etiqa+ SG mobile app, you’ll need to upload a photo showing your car’s odometer reading and vehicle number plate.
Thereafter, you’ll need to submit updated odometer photos periodically through the app, with at least 10 days between each submission. These submissions are required for us to calculate and process any cash rebate you may be eligible for during the coverage period.
Yes, you’re still entitled to the NCD for your Car Insurance. The DLSM cash rebate is calculated as a percentage of your premium, nett of the NCD (if any).
No, you’ll only be entitled for the cash rebate for the days preceding the termination of your policy.

Please note: You’ll not be eligible for a cash rebate if:
- Your policy is cancelled before the end of the policy period (any eligible rebate earned prior to cancellation will still be paid)
- There is unauthorised tampering, modification, replacement, or malfunction of your odometer, or issues with uploaded images
- Your mileage does not qualify under the Rebate Table for high-mileage drivers
