  1. This safeguard against bill hikes with PacificLight promotion (“Promotion”) is open to all Singapore citizen(s), Singapore Permanent Resident(s) and foreigner(s) with valid Work Pass, Student Pass, Dependant’s Pass or Long-Term Visit Pass.
  2. Promotion is valid from 6 April 2020 to 30 June 2020 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
  3. This Promotion is only applicable for existing customer of Etiqa Insurance Pte. Ltd. (“Etiqa”).
  4. The Promotion comprises 2 categories: a] Sign up for a 36-month PacificLight home plan online using the promotion code ‘ETIQA36’ to enjoy a S$68 (inclusive of GST) rebate off on your third month’s bill; or b] Sign up for any 24-month PacificLight home plan online using the promotion code ‘ETIQA24’ to enjoy a S$68 (inclusive of GST) rebate off on your third month’s bill.
  5. The promotion code ‘ETIQA36’ or ‘ETIQA24’ must be applied upon signing up for PacificLight Home plan to enjoy the rebate.
  6. To be eligible for the Promotion, customers have to satisfy the following criteria: a] The personal details provided to PacificLight Power Pte Ltd (“PacificLight”) in the course of sign-up must be accurate; b] The promotion code applied is in accordance with clause 4 c]The electricity account of the residential premises has been successfully transferred to PacificLight. d]The customers have a monthly usage of not less than 60 kWh prior to disbursement of rebate; and e] For new sign up, customers must make full and prompt payment for all the monthly bills before disbursement of rebate.
  7. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing or existing insurance promotions, coupons, staff discounts and privileges, unless otherwise stated.
  8. This Promotion is not transferable, exchange for cash or kind or extendable in validity.
  9. The promotion code is only valid for the Promotion Period.
  10. This Promotion is not valid for customers who have cancelled or free-look existing policy/policies with Etiqa within 14 days of policy application.
  11. Etiqa and PacificLight reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time at their discretion, including changing the terms or terminating the Promotion at any point in time before the stated Promotion Period without prior notice, by posting such amendment(s) to www.tiq.com.sg. and www.pacificlight.com.sg.
  12. PacificLight may disqualify, terminate, blacklist and/or reject the entitlement for any rebate if PacificLight is of the opinion that there has been any breach of these terms and conditions, regardless of the time of discovery of the breach.
  13. PacificLight reserves the right to recover value of the Promotion in the event of any breach of these terms and conditions, breach of the electricity retail contract or early termination (before Supply End Date) of the contract.
  14. Etiqa and PacificLight’s decision as to any matter relating to this Promotion, including but not limited to the eligibility for this Promotion shall be final and binding.
  15. PacificLight shall not be liable for any taxes (including but not limited to income tax), costs, expenses or duties that may arise in connection with this Promotion. PacificLight excludes all liability for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion.
  16. This Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and by participating in this Promotion, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
